§ 1 Scope and Provider
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products via the CVR Studio online shop, operated by:

§ 2 Digital Products
CVR Studio offers digital pattern files, CAD packages, colour systems, and related design documents as downloadable products. All products are delivered exclusively in digital form. No physical goods are shipped.
§ 3 Purchase and Payment
Purchases are processed via Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. All prices are final prices. VAT is currently not charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (small business regulation).
§ 4 Delivery
After successful payment, You will receive a download link via email. Downloads are available for a limited time and number of attempts as specified at checkout. CVR Studio is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.
§ 5 License Agreement
By purchasing a digital product, You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files under the following conditions:
Permitted:
Personal use
Small-scale commercial use (up to 50 units produced per design)
Use in Your own brand collections with credit to CVR Studio where reasonable
Not permitted:
Sharing, distributing, or reselling the digital files in any form
Mass production exceeding 50 units without a separate license agreement
Sublicensing or transferring the files to third parties
Uploading files to pattern-sharing platforms or marketplaces
Claiming the designs as Your own original work
All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Claudia van Rehm / CVR Studio.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal and Waiver
Digital products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once the download has begun, pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB and Art. 16 (m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
By completing Your purchase, You explicitly agree that:
Delivery begins immediately after purchase confirmation
You lose Your right of withdrawal once the download starts
This consent is recorded at checkout.
§ 7 Copyright
All patterns, colour systems, CAD files, and design documents offered in this shop are protected by copyright. Any use beyond the granted license requires prior written consent from CVR Studio.
§ 8 Liability
CVR Studio provides all digital products with professional care. Liability for technical compatibility issues, software incompatibilities, or incorrect use of the files is excluded to the extent permitted by law. CVR Studio does not guarantee that patterns are suitable for every production method, fabric type, or sizing system without individual adaptation.
§ 9 Technical Requirements
Purchased files may require specific software to open and use (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, CLO, Gerber, or similar). CVR Studio is not liable for incompatibilities with Your software or hardware.
§ 10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
§ 11 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. CVR Studio is not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
